Victoria Goodman, M.Sc. PT, Registered Physiotherapist
Victoria Goodman graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her M.Sc. in Global Health and Development at University College London and her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Victoria has completed post-graduate training courses in pelvic physiotherapy, neurokinetic therapy, soft tissue release techniques, acupuncture, orthopaedic manual therapy, spinal cord injury management, and athletic taping. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Victoria’s approach to physiotherapy treatment involves empowering patients through ca holistic approach to treatment, collaborative goal setting and the use of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and home exercises to promote wellness. She is a firm believer in evidence-informed practice and strives to combine the best available evidence with clinical experience and patient values to create holistic rehabilitation programs that are both effective and fun.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys hiking with her dog, lifting weights, rock climbing, and gardening.
Victoria’s hours at the OIHC:
- Mondays 1pm – 5pm (in person and video consultations) at the OIHC at 904 Lady Ellen Place
- Wednesdays 2pm – 6pm (in person and video consultations) at the OIHC at 904 Lady Ellen Place
- Thursdays 1pm – 5pm (in person and video consultations) at the OBWC at 2260 Walkley Road
