Julia Rose, Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 + Yin

Julia has been an avid student of yoga and meditation since 2000 and has practiced many different types of yoga, as well as various forms of breathwork and meditation. She received her 200 hour Hatha and 30 hour Yin certifications in early 2018 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance . Julia teaches a wide variety of yoga classes, including Hatha, Power, Flow, Gentle, Yin, and meditation.

At OIHC, Julia offers one-on-one yoga and meditation sessions where you can learn the physical postures and breathwork that will help you move towards your wellness goals. Julia will design a custom yoga and/or meditation routine for you, based on your needs, goals, and any physical ailments or injuries you have.

If you’ve never done yoga or meditation before and don’t know where to start, Julia can help you learn in a safe, supportive, one-on-one environment. You will learn the basics of yoga and/or meditation and she will guide you every step of the way. You can ask all your questions and get the answers you need. Before you know it, you’ll be a confident yogi!

Julia is passionate about helping people live their best lives. It’s her calling in life to support others in their healing, growth, and transformation. In addition to being a yoga and meditation instructor, Julia is also a Reiki therapist, personal growth coach, professional writer, and poet. Julia runs her own wellness business called Renew Your Life, and in her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and hanging out with her awesome kids!
