Julia Rose, Certified Reiki Therapist
Reiki is life energy, called chi or prana, and as a Reiki Therapist, Julia is able to channel this energy and give it to others for their own healing. As a healer, Julia has always been sensitive to energies and able to move energy with her hands. Julia began giving herself Reiki as a teenager, before she even knew what Reiki was. As an adult, she became educated on the concepts and practice of Reiki, and went on to receive training and attunements from a Reiki Master. Julia is trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho, which is the Usui System of Reiki Healing. Julia received her first level of Reiki certification in 2018 and her second level in 2019, and she continues to study and practice Reiki on an ongoing basis.
Julia is highly intuitive and empathetic and cares very deeply about helping others heal themselves. During her Reiki treatments, she can often feel physical injuries, trauma, and emotional pain that clients are carrying in their bodies. She focuses in on these areas and invites the Reiki energy to provide healing and release for her clients. Julia can also work with affirmations during her Reiki treatments, to help clients heal, release what no longer serves them, and move towards their personal goals. Before your treatment with Julia, she will discuss these options with you to find out if there is anything specific you would like her to focus on during your treatment.
Julia is passionate about helping people live their best lives. It’s her calling in life to support others in their healing, growth, and transformation. In addition to being a Reiki therapist, Julia is also a yoga and meditation instructor, personal growth coach, professional writer, and poet. Julia runs her own wellness business called Renew Your Life, and in her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and hanging out with her awesome kids!
