Nina Potvin

Certified Personal Trainer

Nina has always been passionate about optimizing health through holistic living, nutritious eating, and exercise. She became a certified Personal Trainer in 2005 after graduating with a B.A. in Human Kinetics. Nina started her career in health and fitness at Goodlife Fitness Clubs and transitioned to working at home after the birth of her 2 children. In 2012 she started her own Personal Training business at home specializing in group training and women’s health. Over the past 16 years Nina has completed multiple courses and certifications in nutrition and exercise including Advanced Personal Training, Stability Ball Specialist, Stretch Therapy, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and Active Aging Specialist.

In 2015 Nina preceded to close the gap in her client care by completing a Dalton course to become a certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist. This has enabled her to be able to treat clients with imbalances right away to progress effectively and efficiently through exercise programs by rebalancing their body. In her spare time, Nina enjoys hiking, playing softball and volleyball and spending time with my amazing family.

Nina’s Schedule:

Mondays 10am to 4pm
Wednesdays 10am to 5pm
Thursdays 10am to 3:30pm
Fridays 10am to 6pm
(Every third Saturday of the month from 10am to 2pm)
