Natalie began her massage therapy training at Algonquin College in 1999. Her massage practice had its beginnings in a medical facility in Montreal in 2001 where she treated clients of all ages beginning at infancy. She returned to Ottawa a few years later and has been practicing Massage Therapy in Ottawa ever since.
Natalie has taken advanced trainings in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy both with a pediatric focus, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Technique (NMT), manual lymphatic drainage, light/laser therapy and Reiki. She is a Yoga teacher (RYT 200) registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
Natalie is the founder of Little Dragons Pediatric Therapies. Practicing within the Ottawa Integrative Health Centre she provides compassionate massage, manual and touch therapy for infants, children and youth and with a focus on children and youth with special health needs including Autism, AD(H)D, anxiety and learning difficulties. She regularly attends trainings to deepen her skill set. Natalie is a mom to two beautiful and energetic children, one of whom has Autism. She devotes much of her time currently to caring for and joyfully playing with them.
