Jillian Nicol, Personal Trainer

Jillian’s interest in physical health and fitness started at a young age and continued to grow into adulthood. After the birth of her daughter in
2010 she discovered Restorative Exercise, an exercise program primarily focused on restoring the body’s function and range of motion. She first used this program as a means to heal her own body, and then as a way to help others reduce pain and restore their own physical health.

Jillian became qualified as a personal trainer first in 2012 and attended numerous advanced teacher training seminars over the years with the Restorative Exercise Institute. Most recently she has received a second certification in personal training through Canfitpro in 2018.

Jillian believes that anyone can learn how to move more and move better, no matter what their current level of health or what abilities they have. She continues to learn how to help people increase their health and quality of life through exercise, and focuses on helping those who cannot participate in traditional exercise programs due to illness, injury or any other type of health problem. She uses gentle, therapeutic exercises to help any client increase their fitness level and quality of life, regardless of their age or current state of health.”
