Taylor McCabe, MScPT Registered Physiotherapist
Taylor’s fascination with the way the structures of the body connect and move began with ballet. Years of performing and competing in dance and sports combined with her love of the sciences led Taylor to achieve an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University, followed by a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Taylor has always believed that in addition to rehabilitation, physiotherapists have a role in prevention and optimization. Taylor particularly loves working with all types of dancers and athletes to empower them with a greater understanding of their bodies and symptoms as well as the tools to improve their performance to be their best.
Taylor’s preventative philosophy applies to all clients because she is an advocate of healthy alignment and movement regardless of your sport, hobby, or job. Taylor considers the whole body while using manual therapy and individualized exercises to help clients train their bodies to continue to meet the demands of the activities in their life that they have to do and want to do as they age.
