Jess’s particular expertise is in helping parents feed themselves and their kids for better emotional, mental and physical health.

Jess has been a Holistic Nutrition Professional since 2007. She also holds a masters degree in education from OISE in Toronto and is a member of The Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-pro). She has pursued extra training in digestive health, autism spectrum disorders, nutritional approaches to mental health, traditional food preparation and functional medicine.
