Diana M. Sheldrick , RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Diana has been a Registered Massage Therapist since August of 2005. She graduated with an advanced diploma from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College where she had the opportunity to work with a wide range of populations all over the Ottawa area. Some of these included young parents and teens teaching infant massage, teens and adults with physical and developmental disabilities, physical and sports related injuries and public student clinic co-op at the college.
After graduation, she spent the next three years as a Registered Massage Therapist for both chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic settings in the Ottawa region. During that time, she continued to work with a wide variety of conditions to practice and master her skills in traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. This included clients with athletic injuries, chronic muscle pain syndromes and soft tissue damage caused by motor vehicle accidents.

In June of 2008, Diana had the opportunity to branch out on her own to offer her clients Massage Therapy services in their own homes and at their places of employment. Since that time, she has been working with the disabled population, clients who are managing chronic symptoms as a result of motor vehicle accidents and many busy families in and around the Ottawa region.

In her free time, Diana enjoys reading, trying out new recipes and hosting get-togethers with friends. She also loves travelling to different places in the world like Columbia in South America.

Diana strongly believes in the power of therapeutic touch and how it can impact a persons’ life in more ways than we may fully understand. Her intent is to educate and encourage people to integrate Massage Therapy into a healthy and active lifestyle to create long term health and wellness.

In addition, please know that Diana is a recognized health care professional with VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) and Blue Cross.
